Orders up to 5 Pounds in the contiguous United States ship at a flat rate of only $7.95. Orders over 5 Pounds, with expedited shipping or to Alaska or Hawaii will have actual shipping charges displayed in the shopping cart at checkout. For outboard engine cowlings, hoods and any oversized or overweight shipments a customer service representative will reach out to you once shipping costs are calculated for your approval of shipping costs. Estimated delivery times on items in stock is expected to be between 2 to 5 business days. All shipments are trackable, after ordering a confirmation with tracking information will be E-Mailed to you. Orders will usually ship the same day or the next business day.
Backordered Items ordered but not shown in stock usually ship within 8 days. If any items in an order are not in stock - we will wait until all items are in our warehouse and ship the order complete. If any ordered items are not in our warehouse ready to ship within 8 days we will contact you to discuss the order status and how best to proceed.
International Orders must be placed by speaking directly with a customer service representative.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
You may return any part that has not been installed or used in anyway. Returns must be made within 30 days from shipping date for an exchange or refund. Item must be returned in its original undamaged and unopened factory packaging. Returns of items not originally “In Stock” must be made within 10 days from shipping date. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless Sea-Way Marine was responsible for the order error. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns, excluding errors on our part. Electrical parts are not returnable.
Please do not return goods to us COD. Simply complete the Return Authorization Request. Apply the Authorized Return Label and ship the package back to us UPS or USPS. We suggest that you use a shipping method which you can trace.
You will be refunded for the return merchandise meeting the above described criteria. Refunds will be made to your original form of payment or by check. In no case will we refund expedited shipping charges. For any international returns you must contact a customer service representative by phone or e-Mail.
